Jones Lang LaSalle Announces Major Expansion of Mexico Capital Markets

Alfredo Giorgana joins firm as Director of Valuations

MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, Sept. 27, 2011 — In response to increasing client demand for strategic property analysis and valuations expertise throughout the region, Jones Lang LaSalle today announced a major expansion of the firm’s Capital Markets operations in Mexico with the addition of a dedicated eight-person valuations team.  The team will be lead by industry expert, Alfredo Giorgana. Giorgana will serve as the Director of Valuations, and work alongside Felix Sanchez, Director of Capital Markets for Jones Lang LaSalle Mexico to broaden the firm’s overall Capital Markets capabilities including a variety of valuation services across the region including single asset, specialty group and portfolio analysis.

The valuations team includes: Hector Bonilla, Luis Angel Figueroa, Jose Gonzalez, Octavio Gonzalez, Emilia Martinez, Celia Miranda and Prospero Velazquez.

Alfredo comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Ingeniería y Avalúos, S.A. de C.V. He holds a B.A. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Autómoma de México, and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Alfredo is an accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers and member of the Civil Engineering College of Mexico and the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives where he served as President of the National Technical Council during years 2009 & 2010.
