PRIVACY NOTICE

LaSalle Partners, S. de R. L. de C. V., LaSalle Partners Services, S. de R. L. de C. V.  and JLL Engineering Services, S. de R.L. de C.V. ("JLL") domiciled at No. 111 Monte Pelvoux, 5th Floor, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, ZIP 11000, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Mexico City, web page www.jll.com.mx, electronic mail  Privacidad.Mexico@am.jll.com (the "Electronic Mail Address - email") for the purposes of the provisions under the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private parties and secondary regulation thereof, is responsible for the use and protection of Personal Data and to this effect hereby informs as follows:

I. To Clients

Upon retaining our services, visiting our web page and providing JLL your Personal Data by e-mail, using business cards or contacting us by any means, you accept and acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Notice and grant your consent to handle your Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of same.

Purpose of the Use of Personal Data. The Personal Data that we collect from you will be used for the rendering of the real estate services that JLL provides. Additionally, we will use your personal information for alternate marketing and advertising purposes as well as business prospecting, that are not required for the service requested but that allow us nonetheless to provide a better service. In the event you do not wish your Personal Data to be used for these alternate purposes, please send a mail to the Electronic Mail Address indicating for which alternate use you do not wish that we use your information as well as your identity and all necessary information so that we may locate your Personal Data in our files. Refusal to allow the use of your Personal Data for these purposes will not be a reason to deny the services and products requested or contracted with us. 

Personal Data Use. To the effect of the aforementioned purposes, this Privacy Notice will use various Personal Data, as the case may be, that may include: name, marital status, occupation, Income Tax Registration Number, Unique Population Registry Code, date and place of birth, nationality, official identification, domiciles and contact information (e-mail and telephone numbers), assets and real estate and labor information. 

For those instances in which JLL acts as an manager for a condominium, additionally we will collect data related with the performance of JLL for said purposes, such as the condition in which the holder of personal data has the possession of the real estate property (either owner or tenant), number of persons living in the real estate property, and their ages, if you have employees (domestic services, personal drivers, nurses, baby sitters, etcetera), number of parking lots you have and information about your vehicles. in the event that in the condominium surveillance cameras are used, images and videos can be collected.

We generally do not collect sensitive Personal Data. If so required, we commit to obtain your consent to that effect in accordance to law. 

 Purpose and Transfer of Personal Data. Your Personal Data is shared in and out of the country with companies related to JLL as well as JLL's service vendors. We also transfer your Personal Data, if so applicable, to various government entities in and outside México. With respect to those that require your consent, should there be any, if you do not wish to grant your consent so that JLL may transfer your Personal Data, please so notify so by electronic mail to the Electronic Mail Address. JLL may transfer your Personal Data to entities related to JLL, to JLL's vendors and/or potential business contacts in the case of transaction representation (depending on our business relationship with you). The purpose of all transfers is to comply with the rendering of the services you contracted with JLL and/or to comply with the various regulation commitments contained in all applicable legal provisions. 

II. To Employees or Potential Employees of JLL and/or outsourced staff.

Purpose of Use of Personal Data. The Personal Data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes that are necessary to develop a work relationship with you, be it actual or potential: comply with candidate and/or potential candidate hiring processes; make payroll payments; payment of fees; service payments, expenses or any other payment obligations; marketing or advertising; business prospecting; and offer and/or provide services to JLL's clients.

Personal Data Use. To meet the purposes set forth herein, we will use one or several of the following items from Personal Data: identification data; contact data; labor data; academic data; immigration data as well as, if applicable, financial and/or property data; fiscal data and social security data.

Collection of Personal Data. JLL obtains Personal Data, to be given the treatment herein described,  through the following sources: when you visit our facilities; when you provide your Personal Data directly or by any other mean including but not limited to the following: your resume and contact data; when you visit our website and when we obtain information from other legally permitted sources. We collect your Personal Data directly when you, as a holder thereof, provide it to us through various sources, for example, when you provide information so that JLL may comply with its legal obligations (such as registering your workers or prospective workers before the Mexican Institute of the Social Security, the National Workers' Housing Fund Institute and other government entities), or when you provide information to be hired, or possibly be hired as a potential employee of JLL. The information we obtain from these sources may include: physical appearance, race, gender, health condition, Income Tax Registration Number, place and date of birth, nationality, marital status and personal asset regime, description of certain property assets, academic studies, work experience, telephone numbers, address and contact information of your relatives,  personal references, fiscal and/or financial information, official ID, fiscal domicile, contact data including telephone number and electronic mail, Social Security number, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), description of your employment(s) present or former, Advanced Electronic Signature (FIEL) issued by SAT (Treasury Department), estimated annual income  as well as personal and labor data, including legal condition. 

The Personal Data we collect from other legally acceptable sources include business cards that we obtain or that are submitted to us, be it printed or electronic, either by the Holders themselves or through information they provide when they call us by telephone or send us electronic mails, as well as personal and labor data, including legal condition.  Aside from the aforementioned Personal Data, for the purpose set forth herein, we will use the following Personal Data that is considered sensitive and require special security: information on ideology, religious belief, ethnic or racial information and information on your health condition.  Likewise, we collect patrimonial data which requires your consent to be treated.

Personal Data Transfer. Your Personal Data is shared in and outside the country with the following individuals, companies, organizations or authorities other than us.   

Purposes for which we share said Data: To render the services that JLL offers; to comply with obligations originating from the legal relationship with the holder; to comply with JLL's obligations before third parties or before the holders of said data. 

Individuals with whom we share your data: JLL's clients; holding entities; subsidiaries or affiliates commonly controlled by an accountable party; a parent company or any other corporation of the JLL Group; JLL's consultants or vendors, including public accountants, individuals or entities both from the public as well as the private sector, such as private consultants and government officials; public accountants and government entities including the Mexican Institute of the Social Security, the Tax Management Service, and others.

JLL does not transfer data to its employees or potential employees except for activities that are directly associated with contracting, payment and activities related to JLL's relationship as an employer of its staff and with clients and third parties in order to comply with the obligations with said clients and third parties.   

  1. To Vendors.

    Upon providing your services, offering same by any means, visiting our web page or providing Personal Data by electronic mail, business cards or contacting us by any means, you accept and acknowledge having read this Privacy Notice and thereby grant your consent to handle your Personal Data under the provisions thereof.

    Purpose of the Use of your Personal Data. The Personal Data we collect from you will be used to request the services that JLL requires. Additionally, we will use your personal information for alternate marketing and advertising purposes as well as business prospecting that are not necessary for the services requested but that allow us to provide a better service. 

    In the event you do not wish your Personal Data to be used for these alternate purposes, please send a mail to the Electronic Mail Address indicating for which alternate purpose you do not wish us to use your data as well as your identification and necessary information so that we may locate your Personal Data in our files.  Refusal to allow the use of your Personal Data for these purposes will not be a reason not to request the services and products you offer.

    Personal Data Use. To carry on with the purposes described herein, we will use several Personal Data, as the case may be, that may include: name, marital status, occupation, Income Tax Registration Number, Unique Population Registry Code, date and place of birth, nationality, official identification, domiciles, personal and work references, resume and contact information (electronic mail and telephone numbers), assets and real estate and work information. Generally, we do not collect sensitive Personal Data. If required, we commit to obtain your consent in accordance to law. 

    Purpose and Transfer of Personal Data. Your Personal Data is shared in and outside the country with companies related to JLL as well as Clients and/or JLL's prospective Clients. We transfer your Personal Data as well, when applicable, to various government entities in and outside México. With respect to transfers requiring your consent, if any, if you do not wish to grant your consent to JLL to transfer your Personal Data, please so notify it by electronic mail to the Electronic Mail Address. JLL may transfer your Personal Data to companies related to JLL, Clients, or JLL's prospective Clients (depending on our business relationship with you). The purpose of all transfers is to comply with the rendering of services that JLL offers its Clients, with the service request that JLL presents and/or analyzes and/or to comply with various regulation obligations contained in any applicable legal provisions. 

    IV. General Provisions for all Personal Data Holders

    ARCO Rights. You have the right to be aware of the Personal Data we hold of you, how we use it, as well as our conditions of use (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request amendments to your personal information in the event it is outdated, is inaccurate or incomplete (Ratification); that we eliminate it from our registries or data base when you consider that same is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to contest the use of your Personal Data for specific use(s) (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights. To enforce any of your ARCO rights, you must submit the corresponding request by electronic mail to the Electronic Mail Address.

    With respect to the procedure and requirements to enforce your ARCO rights, the request at issue must contain, at least: (i) holder's name and holder's contact information and/or legal representative to respond your request, including at a minimum, electronic mail, domicile and telephone number to provide a reply to your request. The holder must evidence its identity and, when applicable,  its representative (in which case,  the legal personality of the latter must be evidenced) by submitting original and copy of an official identification in effect bearing a photograph of the holder of the Personal Data (or representative, in which case, a power of attorney granted before two witnesses must be presented) issued by a federal authority; (ii) documents evidencing identity or, when applicable, legal representation of the holder; (iii) clear cut description of the Personal Data with respect to which enforcement of the aforementioned rights is being sought, and (v) any other item or document that may facilitate location of the Personal Data. We will respond your request within a twenty day term from the date of receipt of same and provide a response to the electronic mail address provided to us to this effect. The means through which the Personal Data requested is reproduced, may be physical, digital (via electronic mail, for example) and/or by telephone. For further information with respect to the aforementioned procedure, please send an electronic mail to the Electronic mail Address.

    Terms to Revoke Consent to the Use of Personal Data. You may revoke the consent that, when applicable, you have granted to handle your Personal Data. Nonetheless, it is important that you bear in mind that we may not process your request in all cases or terminate its use immediately as it may be possible that, in view of a legal obligations, we may require to continue using your Personal Data. Furthermore, you must consider that for certain effects, revocation of your consent will imply that we may no longer continue providing the services you requested or terminate your relationship with us.  To revoke your consent, you must submit a request through electronic mail to the Electronic Mail Address.

    With respect to the procedure and requirements to revoke your consent, to commence the consent revocation procedure for the use of your Personal Data you must evidence your identity (as a holder of the Personal Data) or, when applicable, legal representative (with the corresponding legal personality) through the submittal of original and copy of an official identification in effect of the holder (or legal representative in which case, a power of attorney must also be granted before two witnesses).

    The request to revoke consent for the use of Personal Data must contain the following information, at minimum: (i) name and identity of the applicant, including, when applicable, documents evidencing identity or, when applicable, legal representation of the holder; (ii) contact information, including at minimum, telephone number, electronic mail address and domicile; (iii) express consent revocation request and express acceptance and agreement that said revocation may imply that JLL may no longer continue contracting the holder's services and that in some cases, JLL may continue using your Personal Data; (iv) clear cut description of the Personal Data over which you wish to enforce your revocation rights; and (v) information (including documents) to facilitate location of said data. We will respond your request within a term of twenty days from the day of receipt of same and will communicate our reply to the electronic mail you provided to us to this effect.

    Limitation to the Use or Disclosure of your Personal Data. If you wish to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, you may do so through an electronic mail to the person in charge of Personal Data describing expressly the limitations to the use and/or disclosure you wish to enforce.

    Use of Tracking Technologies in our internet portal. We use cookies, web beacons and other technologies in our internet web page through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an internet user and with the aim to provide a better service and experience when navigating our web page. We will use the Personal Data we collect thorough these technologies for statistical and marketing purposes as well as the rendering of the services offered by JLL.

    The Personal Data we obtain from these tracking technologies are as follows: identifiers, user name and session passwords; language preferred by the user; region where the user is located; type of user's navigator; type of user's operating system; date of commencement and completion of the user's session as well as the web pages visited by a user.

    Furthermore, we wish to inform you that your personal information will be shared with companies related to JLL for marketing, consumer statistics purposes and for Clients and/or potential client preferences.

    Amendments to this Privacy Notice. This privacy notice may be amended, changed or updated as a result of new legal requirements; from our own needs for the products or services we offer; from our privacy practices; from changes to our business model or for any other reasons. We commit to keep you informed in our internet web page on all the changes that this privacy notice may suffer through the publication of the amendments thereof.
