Raymond Hall

Head of Human Resources for the Americas

Raymond is responsible for leading JLL’s Human Resources (HR) team in the Americas. He partners with the company’s businesses to acquire, develop, engage and reward employees. He and his team strive to make JLL the best place for talented people to build their careers.

Raymond spent the first 11 years of his career with the U.S. Army before joining the International Paper Company as a Regional HR Manager. He went on to hold roles at Cargill, Ulteig and Flowserve Corporation, before joining the Larry H. Miller group of companies, where he served as Chief HR Officer. He brings broad experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and coaching, executive compensation and succession planning. He also brings international experience, having previously lived in Korea, Italy and Switzerland.

Raymond earned a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

In his role Raymond partners with the businesses, focusing on leading all strategic, commercial and operational aspects of HR for the region. He leads the Americas HR Leadership Team, and is a member of the Global HR Leadership Team and the Americas Executive Committee, working closely with Americas CEO Greg O’Brien.

Raymond is based in Chicago.
