Eduardo Balta, Senior Project Manager, JLL Peru

"Although JLL has been operating in Peru since 2004, we have not had our corporate offices before. When we started out the project, we wanted our people to feel comfortable, to have access to technology; also we wanted to create office spaces where our customers can see what we do,” said Eduardo Balta, Senior Project Manager at JLL Peru. The first step was to select the location. The JLL offices in Peru are located in strategic and comercial area of the city, right in the heart of San Isidro.

"When we set down to create a new space to unite our people at JLL, we not only wanted to build an office space, but also to create an experience for our employees and customers, suppliers and visitors. The idea was to create a space that would reflect our culture and values our employees live every day,” explains Karla Peña, Senior Consultant at JLL Peru.

The JLL office in Peru is an inspiring space that encourages people to collaborate, create and awakes the best in them.
