The office building at Carlos Pellegrini 719 looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but this business center does have some surprises in the box. The A-class building has the highest level Gold LEED certificate which means it belongs to a sustainable type of buildings, that is ideal for corporations, which take care of both their employees, the planet’s health, their image as well as require a central location.

The building has an average floor area of 520 m2 with a very good level of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) air conditioning system, aluminum finishes and hermetically sealed double glazing, the state-of-the-art fire detection and extinction, security system, LED lighting and terraces for exclusive use.

JLL Argentina has managed to create a great workspace that is truly exciting for employees, clients as well as suppliers.

Flex space, a place that meets all needs

We’ve designed an area of shared workplaces “neighbourhoods” for different teams. The workstations are not fixed and employees can change their desks whenever they want to. Every shared workplace has an additional monitor and different types of connections for various types of equipment used by the employees.

The main focus was made on small group meeting rooms, the spaces for two or three people with the opportunity to connect to video conferences and share screen with others.

The phone call privacy was also provided by installing the so-called phone booths that were designed as noise-isolated rooms and quiet spaces for those working on tasks that require an intense focus.

The large meeting room apart from being spacious has the state-of-the-art equipment that allows to do video conferences, trainings and has the huge screen and electronic blackboard available in it.

Lockers area

The company employees have lockers where they can store all their work items at the end of the day. The opportunity to leave the documents and papers in the lockers, as well as easy connection of the equipment they use, allows the employees to change their desks to work at any moment they want. The archiving and copy & print rooms are also strategically placed within this area.

Office cafeteria

This element was definitely missing. The meeting place to enjoy coffee with a colleague, have lunch or mini informal meetings. This simple, at first glance, place actually strengthens the communication between employees as well as work friendships. At the same time, it is a great meeting place with tables and armchairs, where many emlpoyees also choose to work.

Technology

Flexibility implies technology. Each space has outlets of all kinds to give the employees an opportunity to connect any equipment they use. Screens, electronic boards, outlets, high-speed wi-fi while all the cables are invisible for emlpoyees.

The furniture is also the-state-of-the-art and ergonomic; natural lighting is complemented by LED spotlights.

Productivity

JLL Argentina is a 520 m2 office space with workplaces for 50 people. However, through the space flexibility and employee mobility, the office space is used by more than 90 people, which dramatically increases the space productivity.
