Plan a future work environment that puts people first and enhances the bottom line

Companies now have a renewed focus on what their workplace will look like in the future. For many, the future will involve some element of flexible work. While the office will remain the center of the workplace ecosystem, employees now want more flexibility in where work gets done. A JLL survey of 3,300 office workers found that 63 percent of respondents want to alternate between different places of work, and 52 percent miss a change of scenery. C-suite leaders can use the following questions as a framework to come up with plans for a work environment that puts people first and enhances the bottom line.
